Beginning in 2019, our Farm to Street program is a collaboration with Sustainable Dubuque that reimburses our hot food vendors for ingredients they buy from local farms, providing even more incentive to shop local.

 

It's important for us as consumers to know where our food comes from, not only when cooking at home but when having food prepared for us at a restaurant, as well. This is part of our ongoing goal to change the food system on a larger scale beyond just shopping for ourselves at the farmers' markets.
