MARKET SHOPPING GUIDELINES

  • The Market is a smoke-free, pet free zone within the street barricades. Sorry, four-legged friends!

  • Think green! Bring your own water and reusable grocery bags! The Market will NOT sell plastic water bottles onsite. Food vendors have offered to sell non-alcoholic beverages in cans, or compostable cups. Repeat: there will be no beverages for sale in plastic bottles. BYO water, folks! There is also a drinking fountain along the bike path just south of 7th & Jackson.

  • Beer service hours are from 5–7:45 pm sharp. You may still shop at market vendor booths until 8 pm.

  • Anyone 21+ who wishes to drink beer must present a valid ID and purchase tickets at the ID station table before being served.

  • Bring Cash! Individual vendors may have card readers, but many will not. There will NOT be an ATM onsite.

  • Getting here: All surrounding street parking outside of the market barricades is for YOU, shoppers. The Jule Public Transportation Night Rider also stops one block away from the market on White St. Walking or biking to the market is a great option to cut down on parking congestion!

  • Please do not ride your bike inside the market barricades.

COVID 19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

While some restrictions on public gatherings have been lifted by the state, we still ask shoppers to practice safe social distancing, and observe the guidelines below.

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE DOING TO REDUCE RISK AT MARKET:

-- No public seating, BYO lawn chair!
-- Staggered booth layout to allow ample space for 6 ft. between shoppers in line.
-- Hand sanitizer pumps and hand-washing stations throughout market.

PLEASE RESPECT THE FOLLOWING SAFETY PRACTICES:

-- Do not attend if you feel ill or have any warning signs as specified by the CDC: https://bit.ly/cdc-health-check
-- Wear a mask if you have access to one.
-- Allow 6 ft. between you and other shoppers in line.
-- Do not touch food or merchandise unless a vendor specifies it okay AND you are purchasing the item.
-- NO PETS (this is not a new rule, and will still be enforced).
-- Wash your produce or packaged food items as soon as you get home.

We are thankful for the opportunity to bring you fresh local food. Please be safe & do your part to help keep Dubuque as healthy as possible!
